Dear Friends:
We want to welcome you to our home, Personal Place. Personal Place is just that, "Your Personal Place." Residents are able to enjoy the privacy of living alone while benefiting from the closeness of friendly neighbors and SOCIAL interaction with peers.

Our large open Hummingbird Haven sun room provides an inviting atmosphere to enjoy TV, bird watching, or just relax in comfortable chairs with friends. The Dove Parlor is host to the weekly BINGO games and Sunday worship services.

Living at Personal Place also gives residents a sense of security. Personal Place is not part of the hospital, but the rooms are equipped with emergency call buttons that alert PCH nurses in case of emergency. Security cameras also monitor the activity within the halls.

It is obvious that birds are the theme of Personal Place. From hallways named from birds to our Swan Salon, birds are in the air. Wreaths that adorn our hallways each have a unique bird scene. No two wreaths are the alike. We look at each of our residents the same way. No two residents are alike. Each one is unique and special to us, so we try to plan special events that appeal to each resident.
