Confidentiality:

We understand and respect your desire for confidentiality when it comes to your healthcare needs. You may call us anytime with any questions or concerns you may have.

Medication Support:

One of the key goals of our specialty pharmacy program is helping you adhere to your medication regiment. At Pioneer, we believe that the more you know about your health condition, the better you can make decisions that affect your health and care. That is why our Specialty Pharmacy care team developed educational materials that provide clear and concise information about complex health conditions.

Diabetes Shoppe:

Our Diabetes Management Program is customized to the individual’s specific needs. It is designed to help the person with diabetes feel better and livelonger. We work with physicians and other health care professionals to help ensure that Program participants receive and know how to do everything necessary to achieve near normal blood glucose levels. Program components typically include:

  • Detailed interview to help determine diabetes-related problems and needs
  • Systematic, individualized diabetes education that is provided over an extended time period. Education covers use of a blood glucose monitoring system.
  • Medication therapy evaluation for diabetes and other chronic health problems.
  • Therapeutic monitoring to determine the extent to which goals of diabetes care is being achieved.
  • Consultation on the care of minor health problems-including selection of appropriate nonprescription medications and products.

If you have diabetes, we know your type– either I or II. Ask any staff member how our Diabetes Care Program can help you live longer and happier-independent of others.
